Abstract (en)

[origin: WO0239152A2] The device (V) serves to optically couple an incoming light beam (L) from any optical component to a relaying light-guiding fiber (F). Said device contains an input-side and an output-side coupling body (1, 2) each having a central leadthrough (13, 22) for guiding light (L) therethrough, whereby at least one lens (40) or one lens system is arranged inside the device (V). An intermediate coupling body (3) also having a central leadthrough (34) is arranged between the input-side coupling body (1) and the output-side coupling body (2). Said intermediate coupling body can be displaced and detained in a plane inside one of the input-side or output-side coupling bodies (1, 2), whereas the other input-side or output-side coupling body (1, 2) is mounted inside the intermediate coupling body (3) in an elastic (25), pivotal and axially displaceable manner. The device (V) permits a separate angular position adjustment or parallel displacement of the input-side and output-side coupling bodies (1, 2) with regard to one another.
