[origin: WO0239921A1] The implant device, for installation in an edentulous area of a maxillary bone of a patient for supporting a dental prosthesis, comprises a laminar mantle of perforated titanium (10), shaped as a plane convex saddle (10) to accurately match the bone, and having one or two integral stumps (14) for dental prosthesis; and an endosteal fastening rib (12), also of perforated titanium, integral with the saddle-shaped mantle, perpendicularly projecting from its underside along its ridge, and adapted to be inserted in at least one corresponding recess made in the maxillary bone.
