Abstract (en)
A strength-resistance machine includes a support frame (1) including a pair of spaced vertically extending slide bars (7), and a support structure including a slide block (10) having sliding engagement with each of said vertically extending slide bars (7). Each of the support structures includes a horizontally extending slide bar (15). There is a generally horizontal training bar (17), handgrips (18) movable longitudinally of the training bar (17), and slide blocks (16) at the ends of the training bar (17). The slide blocks (16) have sliding engagement with the horizontally extending slide bars (15) of the support structures. <IMAGE>
