Abstract (en)
Process for preparation of leather and artificial leather (sic) using a maximum of 2 wt.% vegetable and/or synthetic tannins relative to the pre-tanning wt. or folded wt. (sic) with insertion of polymers in a post-tanning step, where a maximum of 7.5 wt.% of untanned dubbing agent is used in the post-tanning step (PTS), with introduction of a working-in step (sic) into the PTS. Process for preparation of leather and artificial leather (sic) using a maximum of 2 wt.% vegetable and/or synthetic tannins relative to the pre-tanning wt. or folded wt. (sic) with insertion of polymers in a post-tanning step with optional addition of reactive carbonyl compounds in pre- and post-tanning operations, where a maximum of 7.5 wt.% of untanned dubbing agent is used in the post-tanning step (PTS), with introduction of a working-in step (sic) into the PTS, so that at least two working in steps (WIS) are used or at least two different polymers are introduced, and all the WIS are completed in a maximum of 12 hours. An Independent claim is introduced for leather and artificial leather (sic) obtained as described above (claimed).

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Leder und Pelzfellen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man unter Verwendung von maximal 2 Gew.-% vegetabilen und/oder synthetischen Gerbstoffen, bezogen auf das Blößengewicht bzw. das Falzgewicht, und unter Einsatz lediglich von Polymeren im Nachgerbungsschritt und gegebenenfalls zusätzlich von reaktiven Carbonylverbindungen im Vor- oder Nachgerbungsschritt arbeitet, dass man maximal 7,5 Gew.-% nicht gerbende Fettungsmittel im Nachgerbungsschritt einsetzt, und dass man im Nachgerbungsschritt einen oder mehrere Einwirkschritte durchführt, wobei man mindestens zwei Einwirkschritte durchführt oder mindestens zwei verschiedene Polymere einsetzt, und wobei man alle Einwirkschritte innerhalb von insgesamt maximal 12 Stunden durchführt.
