Abstract (en)
The sealing device can be fitted to the door panel or window and has a sealing element (10) which closes up the gap when the door or window is closed. A fixing rail (20) is attached to the door and an actuating rail (22) is mounted on a first long side of the fixing rail. The rails are each L-shaped in cross-section with the upright arm of the actuating rail attached at the upper end of an upright arm (28) of the fixing rail mounted on the door. The sealing element is fixed at the free end of the horizontal arm (32) of the actuating rail. The actuating rail can be pretensioned relative to the fixing rail and can be in one piece with same. The fixing rail is fixable on the door or window by adhesive.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dichtungsvorrichtung, insbesondere für eine Tür oder ein Fenster zur Abdichtung eines Spaltes (12) zwischen dem Türblatt (16) und einem Fußboden (18) oder einem Fenster und einem Fensterrahmen, wobei die Dichtungsvorrichtung am Türblatt (16) oder Fenster befestigt werden kann und ein Dichtungselement (10) aufweist, das bei geschlossener Tür oder geschlossenem Fenster durch ein Betätigungselement in eine den Spalt (12) verschließende Stellung gebracht werden kann, wenn das Betätigungselement mit einer Zarge (38) in Eingriff steht. Die Dichtungsvorrichtung weist eine Befestigungsschiene (20) zur Anbringung an einem Türblatt (16) oder Fenster auf, und das als Betätigungsschiene (20) ausgebildete Betätigungselement ist an einer ersten Längsseite (44) der Befestigungsschiene (20) angeordnet, wobei die Betätigungsschiene (22) beim Schließen der Tür oder des Fensters verschwenkbar ist und wobei ein verformbares Dichtungselement (10, 50) zwischen der Betätigungsschiene (22) und einer zweiten Längsseite (46) der Befestigungsschiene (20) angeordnet ist. Erfindungsgemäß sind die Befestigungsschiene (20) und die Betätigungsschiene (22) im Querschnitt jeweils L-förmig ausgebildet, so dass der stehende Schenkel der Betätigungsschiene (22) am oberen Ende eines aufrecht stehenden Schenkels (28) der an einer Tür angeordneten Befestigungsschiene (20) angelenkt ist, und dass das Dichtungselement (10, 50) am freien Ende des liegenden Schenkels (32) der Betätigungsschiene (22) befestigt ist. <IMAGE>
