[origin: EP1335144A1] The two-part brake anchor plate assembly has an adaptor element (2) for fastening on the axle (4) of the vehicle, and a brake anchor plate (3) mounted on the adaptor element. The brake anchor plate in at least two fitted positions is mounted on the adaptor element so that the axial position of a brake element fastened to the anchor plate is another with regard to the axle, each according to the mounted position of the brake anchor plate.
