Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1335641A1] The plasma nozzle has a nozzle tube (12) carrying a flow of a working gas, a coaxial electrode (24) in the tube, a high frequency generator (30) and a spin device (18) for introducing the gas into an annular chamber between the electrode and tube with spin. The annular chamber is limited to the outward length of the electrode by the conducting surface of the nozzle tube.
