[origin: WO0242001A1] The invention concerns a crushing body of spherical type inscribed in a sphere (S) with radius R and comprising concave portions, arranged so as not to modify the centre of gravity of the sphere. The invention is characterised in that the maximum depth (h) of the concave portions ranges substantially between 1/12 and 1/18 of the radius R of said sphere (S). The invention also concerns a crushing method using the inventive crushing body and a toggle crusher provided with a crushing mass comprising the inventive crushing bodies.
