Abstract (en)

[origin: WO0242044A1] The invention relates to a technical production method for fibre-reinforced plastic components comprising a cross member (2) and optionally a flange (3) and/or a foot (5), using textile cuts (10) as starting material. At least two layers of textile cuts are positioned in relation to each other, fixed, and sewn for the first time, the preform (20) is shaped in order to create the form for the product to be produced, and is then infiltrated with resin in order to produce the plastic component. The invention also relates to a tension module (21) for creating a flange on a textile preform, and a sewing material holder (52) for receiving a textile preform in order to carry out the aforementioned steps.
