[origin: WO0240584A1] The invention relates to stabilizer compositions containing a) one or several cyanoacetyl ureas of formula (A) NC-CH2-CO-N(R<1>)-CO-NH-R<2> (A) wherein the radicals R<1> and R<2> independently and respectively mean an unbranched or a branched linear or cyclic alkyl radical with 1 - 18 C atoms or an aryl radical with 6 - 18 C atoms, which can optionally be substituted by one or several alkyl radicals with respectively 1 - 6 C atoms, corresponding to 0.01 - 0.5 parts by weight, b) one or several perchlorates corresponding to 0.001 - 0.5 parts by weight and c) one or several cationic layer lattice compounds, calcium hydroxy aluminium hydrogen phosphites and katoites corresponding to 0.1 - 3.0 parts by weight, the above-mentioned proportions of components a), b) and c) respectively relating to 100 parts by weight of with the additional proviso that the compounds contain no zinc soaps. The inventive compositions are suited for stabilizing organic plastics containing halogen, especially PVC, with respect to thermal and/or photochemical degradation.
