[origin: WO0241096A1] A switching network (4), comprising resistances that can be trimmed, is provided in the control loop of a voltage generator that can be disconnected from the supply voltage (VSS, VINT) using a logic device (3). The logic device (3) and the switching network (4) are controlled by the same signals (DISABLE, TRIM1, TRIM2). The circuit arrangement can be used during the function test for trimming or disconnecting the output voltage (VBB) generated by the voltage generator (1). A large number of possible settings for the output voltage (VBB) can be tested by a small number of control signals.
