[origin: WO0240332A1] The invention mainly concerns a reaction disc device, the method for producing same and a pneumatic brake servo unit comprising such a reaction disc device. The inventive reaction disc device comprises a reception chamber provided with a reaction disc (39) made of incompressible or substantially incompressible materials comprising: a) an application surface for the plunger (17) (or for a similar element linked to a member (13) controlled by the driver such as the brake pedal and advantageously linked to at least an element of the three-way valve of a pneumatic brake servo unit); b) an application surface for the operating rod (29) (or for a similar element transmitting load to the master cylinder, in particular to the tandem master cylinder); and c) a surface resilient to working pressures exerted on the reaction disc so as to be deformable during braking or at least during emergency braking. The invention is in particular applicable to the automotive industry, and mainly to the manufacture of brakes.
