Abstract (en)
The support disk, in a disk bearing support assembly for the shaft of an open-end spinning rotor, has a disk body and a cladding around the circumference. At the operating side, a permanent magnet is embedded in the disk, at a gap from its axis, and a compensating diametrically opposed balancing mass is fitted to the disk on the other side of the axis as an extruded component. The rotation of the magnet at the disk is registered by a sensor, to measure the disk rotary speed.

Eine Stützscheibe (3) für eine Stützscheibenlagerung (1) von Offenend-Spinnrotoren (2) enthält einen scheibenartigen Grundkörper (19), an dessen Außenumfang ein reifenartiger Laufbelag (20) angebracht ist. An einer der Bedienungsseite des Spinnaggregates zugewandten Stirnseite (22) der Stützscheibe (3) ist zur berührungslosen Drehzahlmessung im Abstand von der Achse (28) der Stützscheibe (3) ein Permanentmagnet (23) angeordnet. Zum Unwuchtausgleich ist dem Permanentmagneten (23) bezüglich der Achse (28) der Stützscheibe (3) diametral gegenüberliegend eine Ausgleichsmasse (24) zugeordnet. Diese Ausgleichsmasse (24) ist an den Grundkörper (19), der vorzugsweise als Fließpressteil hergestellt ist, einstückig angeformt. <IMAGE>
