Abstract (en)

[origin: WO0246981A1] The invention relates to a method and a system for supplying information via a communication network, particularly via the internet. At least one page of a file in the central computer is called up once a communication link has been set up; a user asks the central computer a question via his/her computer in order to obtain information; the question which was asked via the users computer is displayed on a page of the central computer and can be read and optionally replied to by other users on other user computers linked to the central computer. In order to ensure that questions which have been asked are answered, in a qualified manner, in the shortest time possible, the communication link between the central computer and the other user computers is embodied in such a way that the other users read the question synchronously, can register online via a central computer as being the person to answer the question, whereby the status of a registered person answering the question is only granted to a predetermined limited number of other users.
