[origin: EP1340550A2] The spray gun (1) comprises a tubular housing (2) in which is installed an atomizing nozzle (4) with which interacts a nozzle needle (5). The housing is separated in the region between the inlet opening (7) and handle piece (3), and the two housing sections (21,22) are detachably interconnected by a quick release snap connection in the form of a bayonet connection (25). The nozzle needle is fitted and positionally orientated in the housing section (22) supporting the atomizing nozzle and is connected to a driver (31) positively connected to the handle piece.
