The coupling rod has end draw rod sections (6) connected in articulated fashion first to the coupling rod (2) and then to support bearing plates (1) via intermediate and/or end discs (9,10). Alignment joint plates (4) with their shaft sections (5) and the support bearing plates have radial clearances (L1,L2) in relation to the end draw rod sections which enable an intermediate articulation angle between the coupling rod and end draw rod sections, through which the possible deflection angle of the coupling rod to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle is increased.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kuppelstange, insbesondere mit Hochleistungsrichtgelenken für Eisenbahngüterwageneinheiten, die geeignet sind für höhere Richtgelenkbelastungen bei der horizontalen sowie auch bei der vertikalen Stabilisierung der Fahrzeuge. Die Kuppelstange (2) besitzt an ihren Enden je ein Endzugstangenteil (6), welches selbst mit der Endplatte (8) der Kuppelstange (2) und der Stützlagerplatte (1) gelenkartig verbunden ist. Zwischen den Endzugstangenteilen (6) und der Richtgelenkplatte (4) sowie der Stützlagerplatte (1) sind Radialspiele L1 und L2 vorhanden, die einen bedeutenden zusätzlichen Knickwinkel α+ zwischen dem Endzugstangenteil (6) und der Kuppelstange (2) zulassen. Die Ausschläge der Endzugstangenteile (6) werden durch Endkipppunkte (13), die sich im Dickenmaß s der Stützlagerplatte (1) befinden, begrenzt. Vergrößerungen der Ausschläge und verbesserte Wirkungsgrade sind das Ergebnis. <IMAGE>
