Abstract (en)
Novel plastics bonded cast explosive containing (parts by wt): (1) high power explosive (82-90); (2) curable free flowing silicone-based binder (10-15); and (3) plasticizer (up to 75). An Independent claim is included for the preparation of the explosive involving: (a) mixing of a binder based on silicone resin at room temperature and 40 mbar pressure with a curing agent and a plasticizer; (b) filling of the castable mixture at room temperature and a pressure of less than 30 mbar into a mold with vibration; and (c) curing over several hours at a temperature of 100-120 degrees C.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen kunststoffgebundenen gegossenen Sprengstoff mit einem Gewichtsanteil von 82 bis 90 % eines Granulats eines Hochleistungssprengstoffes und einem Gewichtsanteil von 10 bis 15 % eines aushärtbaren fließfähigen Bindemittels auf Silikonbasis, welches bis zu einem Gewichtsanteil von 75 % einen Weichmacher auf der Basis von Silikonöl enthält.
