[origin: EP1342873A2] Locking device comprises a housing fixed to a leaf frame (14) and containing a locking bolt which is moved in the direction of a locking plate fixed in a door/window frame (12). The housing has at least one stop device with which it is positioned in a rebate (15) between the lower transverse arm of the leaf frame and the door/window frame in the direction of a curved leaf part (17) and/or the leaf frame. Preferred Features: The housing has a first (26) and a second stop device (28) in the form of stop surfaces arranged perpendicular to each other. The first stop device is used for positioning against the surface of the leaf curved leaf part facing the rebate and the second stop device is used for positioning against the lower transverse arm of the leaf frame.
