[origin: EP1344637A1] The package is made from an outer layer (1) e.g. of cardboard, cut out and folded to make a number of panels (7 - 10) and flaps (6) that form a container, and an inner layer (2, 3), e.g. of corrugated cardboard, wood, plastic or other material that acts as a wedge for the contents of the container. Before folding the outer layer at least part of any inner layer components is affixed to its panels, so that the inner layer is inside the package once it is made up.
