Abstract (en)
A textile machine has a spinning rotor with a cleaning head (20) incorporating two scraper blades (21). The two scraper blades esp. deploy under pneumatic power from a retracted position to a contact position. The blade presentation is such that, when in contact with the spinning rotor, the sum of radial forces exerted on the rotor is zero or close to zero. The scraper blades are diametrically opposed at 180degrees. In a further embodiment three blades are arranged at angles of 120degrees to each other. The scraper blades are deployed by the action of a single pneumatic piston.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Reinigungsvorrichtung zur Reinigung eines Spinnrotors einer Spinnstelle mit einem dem Spinnrotor zustellbaren Reinigungskopf (20) an dem zumindest zwei Schaberelemente (21) angeordnet sind. Erfindungsgemäß sind die zumindest zwei Schaberelemente (21) pneumatisch ausfahrbar, wobei die Stellung der zumindest zwei Schaberelemente (21) am Außenumfang des Reinigungskopfes (20) so festgelegt ist, daß die Summe der von den Schaberelementen in radialer Richtung auf den Rotor ausgeübten Anlagekräfte Null oder ungefähr Null ist. <IMAGE>
