Abstract (en)
A behind the ear hearing aid is coupled by a sound transmission tube (28) that is set into a plastic insert (34). The insert is of flexible plastic and deforms sufficiently to fit against the inner contours of the ear. The end of the insert expands to direct the end of the sound tube into the ear.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Otoplastik für Hinterdem-Ohr(HdO)-Versorgungen von hörakustischen Geräten, mit der ein vom HdO-Gerät kommender, vorzugsweise flexibler Signalleiter, wie z.B. ein Schallschlauch (128) im Gehörgang positionierbar ist, wobei die Otoplastik und insbesondere deren haltgebender Teil der Anatomie des Patienten individuell angepasst ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der haltgebender Teil (156) der Otoplastik (120) in der Cymba (50) formschlüssig versenkt aufgenommen ist und einen den Rand (58; 458; 558; 658) der Ohrmuschel bogenförmig übergreifenden Bügel (160; 460; 560; 660) trägt, dessen Ende die Halterung für den flexiblen Signalleiter (128; 428; 528; 628) bildet. <IMAGE>
