[origin: WO0250359A1] The pressing of shirts on a shirt-shaped external inflation body (1), is carried out to advantage on tensioning the shirt in a flat arrangement. In order to achieve a cross-section different from the round circular form, in particular in the rear section of the external inflation body (1), a support frame (3) and at least one internal inflation body (2) are arranged within the external inflation body (1). Said internal inflation body (2) is supported by the support frame (3) and can exert pressure from inside against the external inflation body (1). The internal inflation body (2) is thus, in particular, inflated with a higher inflation pressure than the external inflation body (1). The rear section can thus be tensioned outwards at the sides and the shirt pressed in an advantageously flat arrangement. By means of the internal inflation device (2), clear folds or sharp bumps in the envelope of the external inflation body (1) are avoided, so that the shirt can be pressed without creases.
