The invention is characterised in that a mechanism controlling the rotary bolt (1) consists of a carriage (3) mounted sliding orthogonal to the rotation shaft (2) of the bolt (1), said carriage (3) being linked by a fastener (6) to a point of the bolt spaced apart from the rotation shaft (2), being returned by at least a spring (5) and being linked to a control member via a transmission (10) designed to cause the carriage (3) to slide to counter the action of the return spring (5).
