[origin: EP1346774A1] The positioning and setting system consists of a prism (13) with sides corresponding to the number of hammers (3), fixed coaxially to the end of the rotor. When a setting plate (15) on the end of a power cylinder (14) rod is applied to one of the prism's faces, one of the rotor hammers lies adjacent to the edge of the grinding mill's impact screen (5), allowing it to be adjusted by a power cylinder with a rod (17) and guide (16) mechanism to the required granule size for the mill's output.
