The device has a spray head (1) for spraying the coating material and a valve (6) for opening and closing the outlet channel (7) of the spray head, whereby the outflow rate of the sprayed material can be adjusted and controled. The atomizer contains a dosing valve as control element for the outflow rate of the coating material whose drive (9) can be controled to adjust the outflow rate.

Das Hauptnadelventil (6) eines Rotations- oder Luftzerstäubers für die Serienbeschichtung von Werkstücken dient als Stellglied für die Ausflussrate des Beschichtungsmaterials in einem geschlossenen Regelkreis für die Ausflussrate des Beschichtungsmaterials. Der Zerstäuber enthält ferner den elektrischen oder pneumatischen Antrieb (9) dieses Dosierventils, eine zugehörige Durchflussmesseinrichtung (14) sowie einen Farbwechsler (18). <IMAGE>
