Die Erfindung betrifft ein Lüftungsbauelement insbesondere zum Einbau in Trockenbauwände, bei dem die Luftströmung gefaltet wird und somit das Gehäuse in seiner Haupterstreckungsrichtung gegenüber der Zuluft (16) bzw. der Abluft (18) in einem im Wesentlichen rechten Winkel erstreckt ist und auch die dem zu be- und entlüftenden Raum zugewandten Be- und Entlüftungseinrichtungen (22) im Wesentlichen in einem rechten Winkel zu einer vertikalen Erstreckungsrichtung des Gehäuses (5) angeordnet sind. <IMAGE>
