Abstract (en)
Process for reducing noise in multi-engined propeller aircraft comprises determining frequency, amplitude and phase data from at least two of the propellers one after the other so that the sound fields of the propellers in the region of the nearest fuselage structure are reduced or completely extinguished. Preferred Features: At least the fundamental sound of the propellers is taken into account in the determination of the power plant data. Other propeller sounds are also taken in account. The propellers are selected and adjusted so that the product of blade number and speed is identical. The frequency of the propellers is determined by adjusting the blade number and/or speed of the propellers.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Geräuschreduktion bei mehrmotorigen Propellerflugzeugen. Erfindungsgemäß werden die Kenndaten von mindestens zwei der Propeller (5 bis n) hinsichtlich Frequenz, Amplitude und Phase derart aufeinander abgestimmt werden, dass sich die Schallfelder (10 bis k) der Propeller (5 bis n) im Bereich (PK) der nächstgelegenen Rumpfstruktur des Flugzeugs durch Interferenz abschwächen oder vollständig auslöschen. <IMAGE>
