[origin: EP1347535A2] The device has a rail strip with comb tooth plugs, each with 2 contact legs sprung to produce contact forces and whose free, mutually relatively movable end sections form contact zones for latching and contacting with openings in current rails in adjacent blocks. The contact forces are directed transversely to the rail strip and the contact legs have sprung sections on which they can be mutually relatively supported to increase the contact forces. The device has a rail strip with at least two comb tooth plugs, each with two contact legs (4a) that are sprung to produce contact forces and whose free, mutually relatively movable end sections (16a) form contact zones (19a) for latching and contacting with openings in current rails in adjacent terminal blocks. The contact forces are directed transversely relative to the rail strip and the contact legs have sprung sections (12a) on which they can be supported relative to each other to increase the contact forces.
