The bag (6) has an opening (7) that is delimited by a peripheral part (8). This peripheral part is wrapped over the peripheral edge (9) of the open end (4) of the container (2), over the outside wall (5) of the container (2). The peripheral part (4) of the bag (6) has a strip that increases friction that is in contact with the outside wall (5) of the container (2).
