Abstract (en)
The pump (1) has a rotary motor (4) with a drive system (5) giving the piston (3) a simultaneous rotary and reciprocating motion. The piston has a cut-away end (6) so that the inlet port (8) is uncovered as the piston moves back and the outlet port (10) is uncovered as the piston moves forward. The inlet and outlet ports are in line and at right-angles to the axis of the cylinder (2).

In einer Beschichtungsanlage für die Serienbeschichtung von Werkstücken mit Beschichtungsmaterial wechselnder Farbe dient als Dosierpumpe (1) für das Beschichtungsmaterial eine ventillose Kolbenpumpe, deren Kolben (3) bei jeder Hubbewegung um die eigene Achse gedreht wird. Diese auch als Taumelkolbenpumpe bekannte Dosierpumpe kann zwischen das Farbversorgungssystem und einen Zerstäuber geschaltet oder in den Zerstäuber eingebaut sein. <IMAGE>
