Abstract (en)

In a process to disperse a suspension of paper fibres in water, the pre-dewatered suspension is heated and fed to a dispersion assembly. The paper fibres are esp. heated immediately prior to their surrender to the dispersion zone. The paper fibres are mixed during the steam heating process. A vacuum is applied to the conveyer system. After steam has passed through the paper suspension, cooled steam is discharged. chemical additives are introduced to the paper fibres during the heating process. Also claimed is a commensurate helical mixer assembly (9) having a housing (12) with inlets for the fibre and steam and a vacuum connection (11).

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Dispergierung eines Papierfaserstoffes, bei dem ein vorentwässerter Stoff aufgeheizt, gefördert und in einem Disperger dispergiert wird. Sie ist vornehmlich dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Papierfaserstoff unmittelbar vor Eintritt in die Dispergierzone aufgeheizt wird. Weiters betrifft die Erfindung eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens. <IMAGE>
