[origin: EP1349422A2] The device has a housing lid with an opening (4) for a battery and electronic module (5) and a battery loader (1) pivotably attached to the lid by a connecting element. The battery loader covers the opening in each pivotal state so that the electronic module cannot pass through the opening and the connecting element can be removed from the lid with the loader so that the module can be passed through the opening with the loader removed.
