A hearing aid that can be placed in the auditory passage of the ear, comprises a loud speaker unit (1) with a sound outlet opening (4). A band (5) is located over the speaker unit so the sound outlet opening is partially covered. The band consists of a membrane made of e.g. polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

Cerumenbestandteile sollen wirksam von dem Hörer (1) eines Hörgeräts abgehalten werden. Daher wird der Hörer mit einer großen seitlichen Schallaustrittsöffnung (4) versehen und mit einer Binde (5) überzogen, so dass die Schallaustrittsöffnung durch die schlauchförmige Binde (5) im Wesentlichen bedeckt ist. Als Material für die Binde (5) eignet sich beispielsweise ein Teflonfilm. Für größere Cerumenbestandteile kann der Hörer (1) zusätzlich durch eine Kapsel (2) mit einem Deckel (6) gekapselt werden. Hierzu wird der Hörer (1) durch Dämpfungselemente (3) schwingungsdämpfend in der Kapsel (2) gelagert.
