[origin: EP1350543A1] The board (2), which has a thickness between its lower (7) and upper (8) surfaces that varies in a transverse direction, has receiving zones (22, 24) for fastenings on its upper surface. The receiving zones are fitted with wedges (42, 43, 44, 45) to compensate for the variations in thickness and provide flat supporting surfaces for the fastenings. The wedges can be in pairs or in one piece or, in another variant, in the form of rectangular parallelepiped blocks let into recesses in the board surface. They can be fixed to the board by adhesive, welding or solvent, depending on the materials used.
