Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1350748A2] The machine, consisting of a frame (1) with an inlet and outlet aligned with the trajectory of the stacks (6) of sheet material as they are turned, and a turning clamp (2) that pivots about a horizontal transverse axis (13), has two conveyors : a roller conveyor (10) to receive the incoming stacks, and a belt conveyor (11) to discharge them after turning. It also has a pressure mechanism (19) to hold the stacks between the two conveyors during the turning operation, and a pusher carriage (25) between the conveyors, connected to a drive (21).
