Abstract (en)
The twist-forming unit can be modified so that horizontal offsetting motion of the inlayer (4) is switched off. For both components, the vertical stroke (30, 40a) is so increased and controlled, that fabric without twist formation, especially a plain weave, is manufactured. Alternatingly-opposed vertical reciprocation of the needle bar (3) or inlayer makes fabric without twist-binding. The needle bar can be replaced by an assembly of eye blades closed at the top and base. The shedding unit incorporates a pivoting arrangement (6, 7, 8) moving the inlayer and needle bar. The drive shaft (81) is connected to a main drive of the machine. The machine and its variants are further detailed, based on the foregoing principles.

Die Webmaschine umfasst eine Nadelbarre (3) und ein Einlegeelement (4), mit welchen Kettfäden (13, 14) geführt werden und welche zwei Komponenten einer Fachbildungsvorrichtung zum Herstellen von Drehergeweben (1) sind. Die beiden Komponenten werden in reziproker Weise vertikal bewegt. Mit dem Einlegeelement wird zusätzlich zur vertikalen Bewegung (40a) eine horizontale Versatzbewegung (40b) quer zur Richtung der Kettfäden ausgeführt. Die Bewegungen der beiden Komponenten lassen im Zusammenspiel mit dem Eintrag eines Schussfadens (12, 12') eine Dreherbindung entstehen. Die Fachbildungsvorrichtung ist so modifizierbar, dass einerseits die horizontale Versatzbewegung (40b) des Einlegeelements ausgeschaltet ist und andererseits für beide Komponenten jeweils ein Hub (h) der vertikalen Bewegung (30, 40a) so vergössert und gesteuert ist, dass ein Gewebe ohne Dreherbindung, insbesondere ein Einfachgewebe (1'), herstellbar ist. <IMAGE>
