Abstract (en)
The lubrication system has a lubricant nozzle (7) in the cylinder wall (3) for applying lubricant (8) to the bearing surface (2) of the cylinder wall in at least one compact jet (9) of lubricant directed onto the bearing surface. Atomization of the lubricant jet by the nozzle can be substantially prevented. The nozzle has several outlet openings for applying lubricant. Independent claims are also included for the following: a method of lubricating a bearing surface of a cylinder wall of a cylinder in an internal combustion engine and an internal combustion engine with an inventive system.
Abstract (de)
Es wird ein Schmiersystem zum Schmieren einer Lauffläche (2) einer Zylinderwand (3) eines Zylinders (4) einer Hubkolbenbrennkraftmaschine, insbesondere eines Zweitakt-Grossdieselmotors mit Längsspülung, in welchem Zylinder (4) ein Kolben (5) entlang der Lauffläche (2) hin- und herbewegbar angeordnet ist, vorgeschlagen. Dabei weist der Zylinder (4) mindestens eine in einer Ausnehmung (6) der Zylinderwand (3) angeordnete Schmiermitteldüse (7) zum Aufbringen von Schmiermittel (8) auf die Lauffläche (2) auf. Die Schmiermitteldüse (7) ist derart angeordnet und ausgestaltet, dass das Schmiermittel (8) in mindestens einem kompakten Schmiermittelstrahl (9) auf die Lauffläche (2) der Zylinderwand (3) aufbringbar und eine Zerstäubung des Schmiermittelstrahls (9) durch die Schmiermitteldüse (7) weitestgehend vermeidbar ist. Ferner wird noch ein Verfahren zur Schmierung einer Zylinderwand (3) eines Zylinders (4) einer Hubkolbenbrennmaschine mit dem erfindungsgemässen Schmiersystem vorgeschlagen. <IMAGE>
