Abstract (en)

The actuator (A), and especially an electrical actuator for a component (2) with a rotary or linear movement, has a drive (D) with a transmission link to the component (2). At the stop position, a supported body (Z) can be shifted at a retractable movement damper (F,G,H), with a mass or moment of inertia of the drive (D) and the component (2). The movement damper has a pliable friction damper (F,G) and a return spring (H). The additional body (Z) is of a hard material and especially plastics, and a pliable material and especially a plastics cushion with soft elasticity such as a foam cushion mounted to it. At least two stop units are fitted with a linear or rotary gap between them. At each stop position, at least one shifting and supported additional body (Z) is at the movement damper (F,G,H), preferably a pair of symmetrical bodies (Z) in relation to the movement axis of the component (2). The mass or moment of inertia of the additional body (Z) is at least in the mass or moment of inertia of the drive, and the component (2), at least one working member with the component and a limit stop (29) in the movement path on the body (Z) or, on a paired assembly, it is half their values. The drive (D) is a linear or rotating electromotor (M) with an armature coupled to the component (2). The additional body (Z), with a rotating electromotor, has at least the moment of inertia of the armature and the component (2) and the armature shaft if required and, with a linear electromotor, has at least the mass of the armature and the component (2) and the armature shaft if required. The linear or rotating electromotor is a permanent magnet motor, with a magnetic polarized armature (11) and an energizing coil with a number of part coils round a core. The stop unit (C), composed of the additional body (Z) and the movement damper (F,G,H) is incorporated into the electromotor or permanent magnet motor (M). The additional body (Z) has a restricted stroke movement towards the armature shaft between the armature (11) and a rotary bearing (14) for the armature shaft and/or the component (2), or between two rotary bearings (14) at the armature (11) of a reversible permanent magnet rotating electromotor (M). The rotating component (2) is a spindle with a hub (15) which either grips the end side of the armature (11) in a pot structure or is inserted into the armature end side. The armature (11) has a rotary mounting of coaxial spindles (2) centrally at both ends each with a hub (15) mounted to the armature (11) by a pot structure or inserted into the ends. An Independent claim is included for a yarn brake, with a variable braking action, with an actuator (A), where the drive (D) is the armature of an electromotor. Preferred Features: At least one stop unit (C) is incorporated into the actuator (A).

Abstract (de)

<IMAGE>
