Abstract (en)
The coupling assembly for the release mounting of a working attachment to a construction machine, e.g. to fit a bulldozer blade, has a coupling section (10) at the machine or blade, and a coupling holder (25-28) at the blade or machine. The first coupling, to be inserted into the holder, has a wedge shape in the insertion direction to mate with a corresponding shape in the holder. A locking mechanism (12) holds the coupling sections together.

Zur möglichst einfachen und lösbaren Kopplung eines Arbeitsgeräts, beispielsweise einer Baggerschaufel, mit einer Baumaschine, beispielsweise einem Bagger, wird eine in Form eines Schnellwechslers ausgestaltete Kopplungsvorrichtung vorgeschlagen, wobei ein trapezförmiges Schiebestück (10) an einer Aufhängungsplatte (7) angebracht ist. Die Aufhängungsplatte ist an Aufhängungsblechen der jeweiligen Baumaschine befestigt. Als Gegenstück für das trapezförmige Schiebestück (10) ist ein durch eine Adaptergrundplatte (25), Führungsleisten (26, 27) und eine Frontplatte (28) gebildeter Adapter oder Einschub vorgesehen, wobei die Adaptergrundplatte (25) an dem jeweiligen Arbeitsgerät anzubringen ist. Zur Kopplung des Arbeitsgeräts mit der Baumaschine ist die Aufhängungsplatte (7) mit dem daran angebrachten trapezförmigen Schiebestück (10) in den Adapter (25-28) einzuführen, wobei hierzu die Führungsleisten (26, 27) entsprechende Führungsnuten (31, 32) aufweisen. Mit Hilfe eines Verriegelungsmechanismus (12-14) ist eine sichere Fixierung des trapezförmigen Schiebestücks (10) in dem Adapter gewährleistet. <IMAGE>
