A valve member (57) is located in a passage through which fluid passes. The valve member (57) selectively opens and closes the passage. The valve member (57) is supported by a support member (53) formed a magnetic material. An electromagnetic driving mechanism (60) attracts the support member (53) with magnetic force. The electromagnetic driving mechanism (60) is located outside the passage.
