Abstract (en)
In a system to discharge a bulk cargo of pressurised liquid gas from a ship's tanks (1), at least one of the tanks (1) is equipped with a pump (3) and one further tank (2) has no pump. A suction pipe (4) draws gas from the first tank (1) to a compressor (5) discharging via a pressure pipe (6) to the second tank (2). A further pipe (7) transfers liquid gas from the second tank (2) to the first tank (1). Liquid gas is transferred from the first tank via a pipe (8) to the shore (9).

System zur Entladung von Gastankschiffen, insbesondere zur Löschung unter Druck verflüssigter Gase, wobei das System mindestens zwei auf dem Schiff angeordnete aus Druckbehältern bestehende Ladetanks umfasst, wobei mindestens ein Ladetank (1) mit einer Pumpe (3) ausgestattet ist und mindestens ein weiterer Ladetank (2) ohne Pumpe vorgesehen ist, wobei vom Tank (1) eine Saugleitung (4) für eine aus dem Tank (1) abzusaugende Gasphase abgeht, die über einen Kompressor (5) und einer Druckleitung (6) für das verdichtete Gas mit dem Tank (2) verbunden ist, ferner eine Leitung (7) vorgesehen ist zur Ableitung einer flüssigen Phase vom Tank (2) in den Tank (1), wobei am Tank (1) eine Leitung (8) zur Förderung der Flüssigkeit durch die Pumpe (3) an eine Landanlage (9) vorgesehen ist.
