The training system has a database (1) for storing several training programs and a training device for detecting (7) a user profile and carrying out (9) one of the several training programs in accordance with the user profile. The database is connected to the training device via a data network (6) that includes the Internet. The training device has a multimedia device for multimedia presentation of the training. Die Schulung von Hörgeräteträgern soll qualitativ verbessert werden. Hierzu ist vorgesehen, dass mehrere Hörtrainings in einer Datenbank (1) gespeichert werden. Ein individuelles Benutzerprofil wird in einer Schulungsvorrichtung erfasst (7). Vor oder während der Durchführung des Hörtrainings (9) findet ein Übertragen von Hörtrainingsdaten von der Datenbank (1) zu der Schulungsvorrichtung und/oder umgekehrt über ein Datennetz (6) statt. Die Schulung (9) erfolgt somit angepasst an das jeweilige Benutzerprofil durch eines oder mehrere individuelle Hörtrainings. <IMAGE>
