Abstract (en)

[origin: WO02053469A1] The invention relates to a tamper-evident closure consisting of a closing body (1) having a tamper-evident film (4) and a pouring spout (2), and a closing cap (3) which is adapted to the closing body (1). Said pouring spout (2) is arranged on the closing body (1) in a pivotable manner. The tamper-evident film (4) can be perforated by pivoting the pouring spout (2) into the pouring position, clearing the passage to the pouring spout. The closing body (1) comprises a shoulder (11) for receiving the tamper-evident film (4) and forms a free space (14) above said shoulder (11), for receiving the pouring spout (2) in a horizontal position, by means of two superposed shoulders (12,13) which are at a distance from each other. Said pouring spout is surrounded and held by a hinge-type material bridge (5) in the form of a film, which connects the two shoulders (12,13) in a horizontal position by means of a surface which is concave from the outside, and culminates in a point on the surface of the horizontal pouring spout (2), said point defining the pivoting axis (6) of the pouring spout (2). When said pouring spout (2) is being pivoted, the material bridge (5) takes on a form which remains convex from the outside, and thus holds the pouring spout (2) in its pouring position.
