Abstract (en)
A winding system has a common feed for parallel strips of material for winding onto a bank of reels mounted coaxially on a support frame. At least one reel has a separate mounting to allow reel change without interrupting the winding action for the other reels. The reels mountings are slid laterally to move the reels out of line for easy access. The sliding action requires less effort than a tilt action and can be performed manually and the drive to the reels is automatically uncouple when the reels are slid out of position.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Aufwickelvorrichtung, insbesondere für eine Wickelmaschine, die einen Spulenständer (2) aufweist, in den eine Anzahl von Spulen (3a-3d) nebeneinanderliegend einsetzbar ist, auf die sukzessive eine der Aufwikkelvorrichtung (1) über einen Einfädelkopf (5) zugeführte Materialbahn aufwickelbar ist, indem der die Spulen (3a-3d) tragende Spulenständer (2) quer zur Zuführrichtung der Materialbahn verschiebbar ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, daß mindestens eine der in den Spulenständer (2) einsetzbaren Spulen (3a-3d) unabhängig von den anderen Spulen (3a-3d) von einer Wickelposition, in der der Spule (3a-3d) die Materialbahn zuführbar ist, in der Zuführrichtung der Materialbahn und somit im wesentlichen quer zur Verschieberichtung des Spulenständers (2) in eine Belade-/Entnahmeposition, in der die Spule (3a-3d) in den Spulenhalter (2) einsetzbar bzw. aus diesem entnehmbar ist, verschieblich ist. <IMAGE>
