[origin: EP1355022A2] Device (10) for operating a lock on a door, lid, etc., especially on a vehicle, comprises a bearing element consisting of a rocker (30) extending along the length of a handle (20) and having at one end (31) a bearing bore surrounding a bearing journal on all sides in a form-locking manner. An outlet (24) leading to the lock is attached to the other end (32). The rocker forms a pre-assembled component (50) with a support (11) which can be fixed on the door from the inner side (12) outward. The handle has a coupling part (51) on its bearing-side end (21) and a further coupling part (52) on its opposite end (22). A suitable coupling part (62) for the further coupling part is arranged on the free end of the rocker. The handle is coupled by both coupling parts from the inner side outward to both counter-coupling parts (61, 62) of the rocker.
