The turbine blade (1) has a blade section (13) and a platform (10) between which is a transition (19) with an outer contour shape. The turbine blade is at least partially hollow inside with an inner contour shape (31) which conforms to the outer contour shape of the transition in such a way that to achieve an improved cooling effect in the transition area a uniform blade wall thickness (22) exists. The transition is constructed to radially encompass the radial axis (4) of the turbine blade.

Turbinenschaufeln nach dem Stand der Technik weisen in einem Übergangsbereich zwischen Schaufelblattbereich und Plattform eine Materialanhäufung auf, die schwierig zu kühlen ist. Eine erfindungsgemäße Turbinenschaufel (1) weist einen inneren Konturverlauf (31) auf, der dem Konturverlauf des äußeren Übergangsbereichs (19) angepasst ist, so dass im wesentlichen eine gleichmäßige Schaufelwanddicke (22) erreicht ist. <IMAGE>
