Abstract (en)

[origin: DE10101627A1] The invention relates to a composition with a permanent repellent action and to the use thereof for producing textile fibre material, such as filaments, spun fibre, staple fibre, yarn or flat material. The invention also relates to a textile material with a permanent repellent action and to a method for producing a textile material of this type. The permanent repellent action is achieved in particular by the use of an ambivalent polymer component. Said ambivalent polymer component consists of two different groups, a group with a repellent action and a residual group having an affinity with the polymer fibre.
