Abstract (en)

[origin: WO02061884A1] A device (2) for electrically-conducting contacting of an outer conductor (44) of a coaxial cable (42), partly stripped of insulation, comprises a base body (4), embodied as a clamp for tightening around the coaxial cable (42) to be contacted, which is open in the peripheral direction and comprises bent or curved clips (6, 8) on the ends thereof, which may be connected together in the mounted position. The base body (4) comprises a support element (10) made from metal which extends into the clips (6, 8). The device (2) further comprises means of production of an electrically-conducting connection between the external conductor (44) of the coaxial cable (42) and the support element (10) and fastening means for fastening a cable, in particular an earth cable, to the support element (10). According to the invention, the connecting means comprises a connecting element in the form of a cable lug, which is fixed in an electrically-conducting manner to the support element (10) or to a piece electrically connected thereto.
