A garment includes a crotch part and leg parts at least partially covering the femoral regions, is to be worn fitted on a body of a wearer, and includes an easily stretchable portion that is stretched relatively easily and a less stretchable portion that is less stretchable than the easily stretchable portion. As part of the easily stretchable portion, the garment includes easily stretchable portions (A) each of which has a substantially band-like shape extending substantially in a longitudinal direction of the garment, covers a region along and in the vicinity of musculus rectus femoris on an anterior side of the femoral region, and is stretchable substantially in a width direction thereof. This garment is useful as a garment that includes a crotch part and leg parts at least partially covering the femoral regions and is to be worn fitted on a body of a wearer, that does not lose shape, and maintains the shaping function for keeping the body in shape. <IMAGE>
