Device for packaging small objects (1), especially items made of chocolate, comprises a rotating head (5) transferring the objects from a feed device (6) to a conveying device. The rotating head has a number of receiving devices (11) and folding devices (7) alternately arranged along its periphery. The holding device with the object and a packaging arranged on the object and the folding device are moved relative to each other. An Independent claim is also included for a process for packaging small objects, especially items made of chocolate. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Verpackung kleinstückiger Artikel, insbesondere von Schokoladenstücken, mit einem Drehkopf (5) zum Übernehmen der Artikel (1) von einer Zuführeinrichtung (6) und zum Übergeben der Artikel an eine Abführeinrichtung, wobei der Drehkopf eine Mehrzahl von in Umfangsrichtung des Drehkopfes abfolgend angeordneten Aufnahmeeinrichtungen (11) und Falteinrichtungen (7) aufweist, die Aufnahmeeinrichtung mit dem Artikel und einem an dem Artikel angeordneten Packstoff und die Falteinrichtung relativ zueinander bewegbar sind, und ein Verfahren zur Verpackung kleinstückiger Artikel, insbesondere von Schokoladenstücken, mit den Verfahrensschritten: Aufnehmen des Artikels zusammen mit einem Packstoff durch eine Aufnahmeeinrichtung (11), Anbringen des Packstoffes an dem Artikel durch eine relative Bewegung zwischen einer Falteinrichtung (7) und der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (11) zueinander, und Abgeben des mit Packstoff verpackten Artikels an einer Abführeinrichtung. <IMAGE>
